The Pocket (2005)

My first film.
I was 17 years old — a junior at Woodstown High School in New Jersey. This was my final assignment for a communications class (taught by Paul Kranz). It is based off the short story “Thank You, Ma’am” by Langston Hughes. It won the top prize at the Woodstown High School Film Festival in 2006. Why post it here? Because we can’t forget where we came from, or who first inspired us.
